Contract Description
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the reservation and purchase of air transport documents (tickets) and the comprehensive provision of related services, in particular the provision of a seat and its possible changes, changes to the ticket reservation, changes and cancellation of an already issued ticket, the purchase of baggage transport, claims or recovery of costs incurred as a result of delays on the part of the carrier.
