The tenderer wishes to purchase various surgical sewing machines by setting up a consignment warehouse within the framework of a forward sales contract during the 12-month period of the contract. The stock of goods placed in the consignment warehouse remains the property of the winning Bidder/Seller until it is used by the Bidder/Buyer. The seller must keep the draft contract and the quantity specified in the price table in the consignment warehouse at all times. The detailed description of the installation and replacement of the consignment warehouse is included in the draft contract. The Tenderer draws the Tenderers attention to the fact that if references to the standards, technical permits, technical regulations, and technical recommendations included in the technical description detailed in the public procurement documentation are made in order to clearly define the subject of the public procurement, the equivalent proposals will be accepted. The offer cannot be declared invalid solely on the basis that the products and services included in the offer do not meet the standards or other specifications defined in the technical specification, if the bidder proves in an appropriate manner, by any suitable means, that the solutions proposed by him meet the requirements defined in the public procurement technical description in an equivalent manner. Proof of equivalence is the responsibility of the Bidder, or obligation, with an official certificate issued by the manufacturer. 1.
