Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the provision of state material reserves in the form of a reservation of 1,512,000 liters of milk (in a 1-liter package) of long-lasting semi-fat treated UHT (hereinafter also referred to as "MTPO" or "HR MTPO") with the condition of a possible future purchase of all or part of the reserved volume of MTPO. In accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the State Material Reserves Administration, as amended, HR MTPO will be considered the property of the Czech Republic with the authority to manage it for the contracting authority.
