Replacement construction of the Bäke Bridge – construction contract support

To support the Waterways New Construction Authority's own employees, part of the basic services and some special services from the construction management in accordance with Sections 43 and 47 of the HOAI should be awarded for the Bäkebrücke construction project in Berlin. The construction project includes, among other things, the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of the replacement structure including substructures. The services to be provided according to HOAI include, among other things, the management and recording of construction meetings, the processing of supplements, the in-depth tracking of construction times and the representation of the local construction supervision; the latter especially in the event that the waterways and shipping administration's own staff are unable to attend due to vacation or illness.
