This contract concerns building and civil engineering works as part of the works at the four technical centres of the San Bernardino Tunnel (North, South, Air, Rock centres), including: · Demolition and dismantling of doors, gates and windows, core drilling · New reinforced concrete and steel constructions · Rehabilitation of reinforced concrete elements · Thermal insulation of walls and roof replacement · New windows, doors and gates · Painting works Main supplies: · 60m3 reinforced concrete elements · 300m2 new masonry and plasterboard walls · 400m2 new external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) on facades · 9,000m2 internal painting works · 1,500m2 external painting works · 2 new steel staircases, 100m new parapets · 2 new access gates to the centres · 65m2 new aluminium windows. The works take place predominantly during the day.
