The subject of the contract is the purchase of a new light 4x4 life-saving fire truck in the factory under the project Elimination of climate change hazards for the operation of the Damascus TSO, in accordance with the Subject Description of the Contract, as Annex 2 to the TSO In accordance with Annex 10 to the SWZ Order No 8 of the PSC Commander-in-Chief and in accordance to the requirements of the TOS. 2. The subject-matter of the Proof. 2.1 The contracting authority requests that the contractor submit the following offers with the nature of the proposed tender: the proof of the authorisation of the originating products of the order, as an Annex 2 of the SWZO Proof of the application of the terms of the STS. The ordering authority shall, in the case specified in Annex 2 (2) of the new contract, fulfil the requirements set out in Section 3.2 of the technical standard, or, if the relevant technical measure is not met, the relevant provisions of the relevant TSO and the relevant requirements of Section 3.1.3.
