GMH | Building Management Hamburg (GMH), oversees the development, construction and operation of sports and special properties for the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg. GMH looks at real estate holistically, taking into account the economic connections between construction investment and operating costs. The climate protection goals of the FHH are taken into account as well as the requirements for accessibility and the special interests of the users. In this activity, GMH was commissioned with project management and project management for the new construction of the district sports center at the Weg bei Jäger sports complex.
