hiring a company specialized in the provision of continuous technical services for geoprocessing and multipurpose technical registration, comprising the implementation/updating of a Geographic Information System (GIS) on a WEB platform, photogrammetric aerial surveying with the provision of georeferenced and orthorectified images, field control with support from a GNSS reference station, the structuring and integration of the digital cartographic base into the municipal technical register, the integration of the municipal real estate cadastral base into the National Information Management System Territorial (SINTER), with incorporation of the Brazilian Real Estate Code (CIB), and the licensing of use, hosting and corrective and adaptive maintenance of the platform, to serve the Municipal Finance Department, in accordance with the conditions, quantities and requirements established in this Notice and its annexes. The object will be executed in accordance with the entirety of the Terms of Reference, which will prevail in case of divergence.
