The subject of the public procurement includes delivery by purchase of: - 3 pcs. new low-floor, solo, 9-10 m city electric bus with two axles, category M3, class I, newly produced in series production (unlimited series), meeting the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/2144 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019. Participants should offer buses that have an EC vehicle type approval certificate issued by a competent approval authority in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 or Regulation No. 60 of 2009. of MTITS. - 3 pcs. charging stations for night charging with European standards compliance protocol with output coupling (to the vehicle) - European standard CCS Type2/Combo2, according to SAEJ1772 - European version IEC 62196, so that the condition is met to charge and balance the electric bus to 100% (up to the maximum charge level SOCm) in less than 4 hours with a power of each charging station - minimum 70 kW. The charging stations should be installed by the contractor at the place specified by the Contracting Authority in the town of Haskovo. As part of the delivery, the contractor should provide additional equipment, which includes: Vehicle telemetry monitoring system; Hardware, software, etc. special tools necessary for service, diagnosis and repair of the traction electric motor - within the limits of those regulated by the manufacturer; Hardware, software, etc. special tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of the high-voltage system and the traction battery - within the limits of those regulated by the manufacturer); Equipment for diagnostics of pneumatic systems - within the framework of those regulated by the manufacturer; Equipment for diagnostics and repair of low-voltage electrical systems - within the limits of those regulated by the manufacturer. The contracting authority requires the provision of instructions and diagrams, which should include at least: Scale diagrams with applied dimensions, layout of the salon and other technical data (minimum 2 sets); Scale diagrams of electrical equipment and pneumatic systems (minimum 2 sets); Operation and daily service manual in Bulgarian (for each electric bus); Manual of the diagnostic equipment (minimum 2 pcs.); Manual for periodic maintenance (min. 2 pcs.); Complete spare parts catalog with corresponding part numbers for
