Name of the order: ONGOING CLEANING OF THE CONTRACTS FACILITIES AND OUTDOOR AREAS. The subject of the order is the ongoing cleaning service of UMWO facilities and external areas, which will be performed in the following locations in the City of Opole: 1. ul. Żeromskiego 3 in Opole: total of 1,045 m² of usable area 2. Ul. Hallera 9 (segments A, B, C) in Opole: total of 4,175 m² of usable area 3. Ul. Piastowska 13 (including 1 room in the building at ul. Piastowska 14) in Opole: total of 386 m² of usable area 4. Ul. Piastowska 12 in Opole: total of 814 m² of usable area 5. Ul. Krakowska 38 in Opole: total of 1,715 m2 of usable area 6. Ul. Barlickiego 17 in Opole: total of 398 m² of usable area 7. Ul. Powolnego 8 in Opole: total of 474 m² of usable area 8. Ul. Głogowska 37 in Opole: total of 42 m² of usable area In locations at ul. Ostrówek 5A and ul. Ostrówek 5 in Opole. The Ordering Party requires only high-rise window cleaning and glazing cleaning. The service of ongoing cleaning of UMWO facilities and external areas occupied by UMWO covers the following scope (blocks): I. BLOCK - ONGOING CLEANING OF UMWO BUILDINGS, including: 1. cleaning of common areas 2. cleaning of sanitary facilities 3. cleaning of representative office rooms 4. cleaning of other office rooms 5. cleaning of other rooms and building elements 6. ongoing cleaning service at the service center (on duty) daytime (concerning ul. Hallera 9, ul. Krakowska 38 in Opole) II. BLOCK - CLEANING OUTDOOR AREAS (HARDENED AND GREEN) III. BLOCK - WINDOW AND GLAZING CLEANING, i.e.: 1. STANDARD DOUBLE-SIDED window cleaning with a total area of 2,715 m² 2. HIGH-HEIGHT DOUBLE-SIDED WINDOW AND GLAZING CLEANING in buildings located in Opole at ul. Hallera 9, ul. Krakowska 38, ul. Ostrówek 5 and ul. Ostrówek 5A - with a total area of 3,891 m². The indicated area of window panes is calculated on one side in m². Description of the subject of the order in block IV entitled OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT includes the remaining obligations of the Contractor in connection with the implementation of the subject of the contract. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. ORDER COMPLETION DEADLINE The period in which the order will be implemented: The contract completion deadline is 26 months. Estimated date of commencement of the contract: no earlier than September 3, 2026. If it is not possible to start the contract on September 3, 2026, the service will start from the date of conclusion of the contract. The validity period of the current contract for routine cleaning services expires on September 2, 2026. REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT BASED ON THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES REFERRED TO IN ART. 95 PZP: Requirements related to employment based on an employment relationship are specified in the description of the subject of the order and the draft provisions of the contract. Other information is included in the Specification of the Order Terms and Conditions together with the annexes, which constitute an integral part thereof.
