Provision of transport services with a guardian – transport of pupils of the Czarnków Municipality in the 2026/2027 school year This is a very important task.
Execution of a transport service in the form of special regular passenger transport, consisting of transport to educational establishments of the Gmina Czarnków: a) children covered by pre-school education, from the age at which they turned 3 years old in the calendar year in which the 2026/2027 school year begins, b) children subject to compulsory schooling, c) parents, guardians and teachers performing a supporting care function for children during transport, d) persons with disabilities participating in Occupational Therapy Workshops in Gębice. The transport will be used by children residing in the territory of Gmina Czarnków, attending educational establishments in Gmina Czarnków, the Town of Czarnków and Gmina Wieleń, as well as children residing in part of Gmina Wieleń, attending educational establishments in Gmina Czarnków. Transport will take place on school days, in accordance with the calendar of educational classes for the 2026/2027 school year for a period of 10 months, i.e. from 01.09.2026 to 25.06.2027, as well as on days when educational establishments are obliged to provide pupils with care and educational classes or on which pupils will be making up other days exempt from didactic classes. The detailed scope, routes, quality and organisational requirements and other conditions for the performance of the contract subject are specified in the SWZ together with attachments. The service must ensure the transport to and from school of pupils and care for pupils during journeys, taking into account pupil safety, punctuality of arrivals and the shortest possible travel time for pupils. The service will be performed using the Contractors fleet. The Contractor is obliged to adapt an appropriate quantity and size of means of transport to the order in order to carry out transport in accordance with the timetable and the number of transported pupils. The Ordering Party excludes the possibility of claims by the Contractor due to incorrect price calculation or omission of elements necessary for the proper performance of the contract subject. The route constitutes: SP1 Czarnków, SP2 Czarnków, SP Gulcz (1 bus). The detailed timetable is specified in the attachment to the contract.
