missions de contrôle technique concernant des opérations de construction, de réhabilitation et de diagnostics de structure Le marché est un accord-cadre passé selon l’article L2125-1 1° du Code de la Commande Publique conclu à compter du 1er janvier 2027 jusqu’au 31 décembre 2027 puis renouvelable expressément d’année en année et ceci jusqu’au 31 décembre 2030 pour un montant minimum annuel de 200 000 euros HT et pour un montant maximum annuel de 1 500 000 euros HT. Les modalités de reconduction sont définies dans le CCAP.
