Invitation to bid for the construction of lateral e sta. (0+000 - 0+312) of rugnan ris in maguing, lanao del sur contract ref. no.: cw-lds-resto-nis-2026-rugnan 1)the national irrigation administration – region 10 (nia r10), through the general appropriations act (gaa) 2026 – resto national irrigation system (resto nis) intends to apply the sum of three million eight hundred fifty-three thousand six hundred sixty-eight pesos and fifty-three centavos only (php 3,853,668.53) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for construction of lateral e sta.
