Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the leveling of the left bank dam on the Oder in km 5,800 – 7,600 in Ostrava - Koblov. This is an increase of the earth dam and at the same time the anti-flood ŽB wall by approx. 30 cm. Earth dam The existing strengthening of the crown of the dam with gravel fraction 0/32 in a width of 2.5 m and a thickness of 0.1 m will be removed. The existing 0.1m thick humus will be removed. The dam will be raised 0.2m below the design level by filling with clay from the Polanka nad Odrou deposit (Václavovice). The soil filtration coefficient reaches 2.7 - 4.0.10-9 m/s without compaction, after compaction to 95% PS, a filtration coefficient lower than 1.10-9 m/s was achieved based on the results of practical field tests. The material will be compacted with a vibrating roller to 95% PS (maximum in layers of 0.3m). The crown of the embankment will be reinforced with crushed gravel fraction 0/32 in a width of 2.5m and a thickness of 0.2m. The slope of the dam will be supplemented with humus of 0.1 m thickness and sown with grass seed. Protective wall Expansion joints will be stripped of cemented filling. An increase (concreting) of the crown of the wall will be carried out according to the drawing part. Subsequently, the sealing ropes will be inserted and the expansion joints of the protective wall will be grouted. Basic parameters of the repair: Length of leveled dike in front of the wall: 270.85m (increase of approx. 0.3m) Length of leveled anti-flood wall: 319.55m (increase of approx. 0.3m) Length of leveled dike behind the wall: 86.28m (increase of approx. 0.3m) A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract is contained in the project documentation, the draft contract for the work and in the itemized budget, which are part of this call.
