Type of contract: construction work Description: Type and scope of the service The construction project involves the comprehensive renovation of the electrical systems at the Julius Leber School, Seilerstraße 32, Frankfurt am Main. As part of the measure, the electrical engineering systems of KG 440 and KG 450 in the areas covered by the planning will be renewed, supplemented and adapted to the new usage and safety requirements. The scope of services includes in particular energy supply and distribution, cable and line systems, installation devices, lighting and safety lighting systems, KNX/DALI controls, data and communication networks as well as other electrical and security systems. The services include delivery, assembly, connection, testing, commissioning and documentation. The work will be carried out in sections as part of the overall renovation.
