The subject of the order is the performance of construction works under the project titled: Expansion of the rainwater management system - stage III (TASK No. 2 in accordance with the assumptions of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) program for 2021-2027 covered by the project documentation made available by the Ordering Party on the website of the ongoing procedure. 2. The order is awarded in parts, each of which will be the subject of a separate procedure, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Act Pzp. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its size and scope are specified in the Specification of Procurement Conditions and in the annexes to the SWZ.
