The subject of the public procurement is the supply of net active medium/low voltage electricity for the needs of "St. Panteleimon Hospital - Yambol" JSC, including the provision of a consumption forecasting service, preparation of schedules by the coordinator of the balancing group, their submission, correction of submitted schedules if necessary, responsibility for balancing and all other activities related to participation in the free electricity market. The public procurement is complex and is not divided into separate positions. "Delivery of net active electrical energy and selection of a coordinator for a balancing group for the needs of MBAL "St. Panteleimon - Yambol" JSC" includes: - Preparation and submission of all necessary documents for the registration of the Contracting Authority's sites on the free electricity market and carrying out the full procedure for their registration. - Inclusion of the Contracting Authority as an indirect member of the Contractor's balancing group according to the "Electricity Trading Rules" (PTEE), without the Contracting Authority pays a fee for registration and participation. - Energy monitoring, forecasting the Client's electricity consumption and drawing up hourly consumption schedules. Notification (registration) of the hourly schedules in the ESO (electricity system operator), as well as performing all necessary activities related to the Client's participation in the free electricity market, according to PTEE, ZE and PIKEE. - Planning and forecasting on behalf of the client - Provision of electricity consumption management - Delivery of 2 units of electricity for the needs of "St. Panteleimon" JSC. to the contractor's electricity distribution network, according to the list that is applied to the contract, and it takes effect from the date of the first delivery schedule energy and
