Contract Description
The contracting authority is implementing a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of consumable medical supplies for the needs of FNB departments and clinics. As part of the deliveries, the contracting authority may also request the loan of equipment for the required medical consumables. As part of public contracts in the established DNS, the contracting authority can also request a separate supply of equipment falling into the classification below. The subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will always be defined in detail in the call for tenders according to § 141 ZZVZ.
