GENERAL The city of Burg Stargard intends to build a community center in the center of the city, incorporating the listed former residential building Marktstr. 7 on the northeastern edge of the market square. On the property at Marktstr. 5, a two-story new building without a basement is to be built with a converted attic and a council chamber on the ground floor. The necessary staircase and barrier-free elevator are assigned to the new building. The connection to the existing Marktstr. building takes place via a spacious foyer on the ground floor and bridges on the floors above. 7. An extension at the rear of Marktstr. 7 has already been dismantled due to irreparable damage and will be replaced by a new building for the sanitary areas.
