Description & Project Overview
The Peter-Josef-Briefs School in Hochheim will be expanded with a new building and the existing building will later be renovated. For the renovation and expansion, a VgV procedure for the property planning of the building and interior spaces was carried out in 2020, and the planning services and construction work for the expansion have already begun (the shell is already in place). However, the existing contractual relationship has been terminated, and therefore partial services from Lph are currently still included in the property planning services for buildings and interior spaces in accordance with Section 34 Paragraph 3 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1. 6-7 for one part
