Contract Description
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the continuous supply of surgical clothing for one-time use for the needs of the contracting authority, to the extent according to Annex No. 1 of the Purchase Agreement - List of goods with unit prices. The offered subject of performance must be a medical device in accordance with Regulation (EU) 745/2017 (hereinafter also "MDR").
