Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of disinfection preparations and materials for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Lubartów, divided into three parts: 1) part 1 – Preparations for disinfecting surfaces and tools; 2) part 2 – Preparations for disinfecting tools; 3) part 3 – Preparations for disinfecting tools and small surfaces. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the assortment and price forms are included in Annexes No. 1a, 1b and 1c to the SWZ, respectively. The requirements indicated in these annexes apply to the products identified in the offer, including:
