Description & Project Overview
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medical products used in ophthalmological procedures to the Complex of Health Care Facilities in Cieszyn. The order consists of 4 parts, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the order. The Price Form - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ indicates the scope of the order, a detailed description of the product range and the expected demand during the duration of the contract.
