scope: the army contracting command - detroit arsenal (acc-dta) has issued a solicitation for a new five-year, firm-fixed-price (ffp), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (idiq) contract for the manufacture and delivery of the vision correction assembly.

this is a non-commercial requirement to be manufactured in accordance with a government-owned technical data package (tdp). the contract will also include requirements for first article testing (fat), production lot testing (plt) and other contract data requirements (cdrls).
