The subject of the tender is the extended structural work, including the demolition of part of the building and the entire roof structure of the school building. The new construction work includes the construction of a multi-storey part of the building in solid construction with masonry walls and a concrete staircase and elevator core as well as the reconstruction of the roof structure as a steel and wooden structure.
