The Contracting Authority initiates the procedure for awarding a framework agreement, for the implementation of which subsequent contracts will be concluded with a maximum number of 3 economic operators. The awarding of contracts subsequent to the conclusion of the framework agreement will be carried out without resuming the competition. During the period of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority will conclude subsequent contracts with a quarterly frequency and it is estimated that approximately 40 subsequent contracts will be concluded. Every time it intends to award a subsequent contract based on the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority will consult, in writing, with the economic operator, ranked first, requesting him, depending on the needs, to complete the offer by presenting the offer for the objective indicated by the Contracting Authority. The contracting authority issues the order by indicating the educational unit or building where repair and maintenance work is needed. The Promisor - Executor will take photographs, make on-site findings, perform measurements and send a list of the required quantities (bid estimate), processed in accordance with the prices offered in the framework agreement award financial offer and a description of the works to be executed. The Contracting Authority will approve these lists of quantities and will issue the Start Order for the execution of the works. In the event that the executing Promisor ranked first does not have the ability to respond to the respective request of the Contracting Authority, within the established term it will request the offer of the executing Promisor ranked second. If he doesnt answer either, the offer will be requested from the third-placed Promisor. Based on the submitted financial offer, the Contracting Authority will verify its compliance with the financial offer submitted in the award procedure, annex to the framework agreement, within a term that, as a rule, will not exceed 5 working days.
