4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive for the Łaz Volunteer Fire Department. 4.2. The material scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) delivery of a brand new medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive, hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle", 2) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish), 3) delivery, together with the order, of the manual required for operation in Polish and a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 4) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the operation of the vehicle
