Supply of new unused vehicles for the needs of the FSOPA Municipality of Pernick, under three separate headings: Special heading No2: Supply for one new specialised vehicle for disabled persons, for the requirements of the Day Centre for Children and Youth with Disabilities. In connection with the abolition of Special heading 2 from the open procedure with a unique number in ROP 00589-2025-0070, subject to: Supply to the FsoPA?? Municipaity of Pernik, under one separate heading: Supply with one new specialist vehicle for the purposes of the United Budgetary Accounting of the FRSOPA, under two separate headages:without prior notice. The contract has been terminated on the basis of Article 110 (1) (2) with the reasons set out in Decision D51899509 of 14.01.2026 of Stanislav Vladimirov, Mayor of the Municipality of Pernik. The initial terms of the contract remain unchanged and the Contracting Party therefore chooses to apply a negotiation procedure without prior notification. The delivery of the public contract should be carried out by purchasing a new unused vehicle for the purposes of the information to the Joint Budgetary Account of the FSOPG Municipaity of Pernikov. The scope of the separate heading includes the supply of a single specialised road vehicle equipped with a new electric vehicle platform for persons with a rolling stockthe vehicle must meet the minimum technical and functional requirements set out in the Technical Specification for the specific position concerned, be manufactured after 2023, comply with the minimum environmental standard Euro 6 and be accompanied by full documentation, warranty conditions and maintenance according to the requirements of the contracting authority.
