The purpose of the procurement is to provide project management services Building and equipping Cavtat Primary School, in accordance with Article 33 of the Law on Works and Activities in Land Planning and Construction (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19), which includes financial, legal and technical advice to the Contractor and coordination of all project stakeholders for the overall successful implementation of the planned operation in the area and furthermore: • project administration and coordination by all project participants • project implementation processes by giving the necessary opinions and input • project stakehold contract management • management of all processes requested by the control authorities with the preparation of all necessary reports and disclosures of the Report of the Contracting Parties and •other stakeholders in the project defined by the Contractor • participation in all necessary meetings (at the place of project implementation and, where appropriate, in the offices of the competent authorities) and all other activities at the project manager level to enable the successful implementation of the project During the implementation of procurement items, the tenderer must submit to the Contracting Party the following single reports, in a format approved by the contractor, as follows: - The initial report shall be submitted in 2 copies in printed form and 1 copy in digital form in Croatian, within 15 days of the date of entry into service.- The regular monthly report shall be submitted in 2 copies in print and 1 copy in digital format in Croatian, indicating events and developments during the previous month from the financial, technical and legal aspects with guidelines for the following period. - The special report shall also be submitted, in 2 print and one copy in electronic format in the Croatian language, on any major problem that may affect the implementation of the contract from a financial, technological and/or legal point of view during the contract period.The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2009.
