Contract Description

Collection and management of waste with code 16 01 03 / 2025 - resident free-hand (tasks 1, 5 and 6). task no. 6 - Z/I Dylów A
1. The subject of this agreement is the collection and management of waste code 16 01 03 in an estimated amount of 190 Mg for small used tires and 30 Mg for large used tires for the purpose of their further management, i.e. subjecting them to recovery processes in accordance with generally applicable laws, decisions and provisions contained in this agreement. 2. As part of the subject of the contract, it is assumed that the order will be divided into the following tasks: - task no. 1 - Z/I Dylów A: estimated total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract 140 Mg, - task no. 5 - SP Ostrzeszów: estimated total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract 50 Mg, - task no. 6 - Z/I Dylów A: estimated total amount of waste to be collected in during the term of the contract 30 Mg. 3. Waste collection will take place from the premises of the Plants/Installations (hereinafter: Z/I) and Transfer Stations (hereinafter: SP) managed by the Ordering Party. 4. Due to the difficult to predict amount of waste, the estimated amount specified in section 1 may change. Therefore, during the execution of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 90%. Reducing the amount of waste in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unrealized part of the contract and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated quantity. In this situation, an annex is not required. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 10% of the estimated amount of waste to be collected during the duration of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party emphasizes that the tires will come mainly from municipal sources, i.e. collections carried out in municipalities/cities, from Municipal Selective Waste Collection Points, sorted from municipal waste delivered by individual entities. Therefore, individual contaminations found inside the tires cannot be ruled out, such as, among others: remains of sand, water, small pieces of foil, etc. as well as the presence of cracked and torn tires in this stream. Due to the lack of predictability of waste deliveries, the Ordering Party emphasizes that this information should be treated only as a guide. 6. To perform the service that is the subject of the order, the Contractor will use means of transport at his own expense. 7. Loading of waste is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. 8. The means of transport used by the Contractor must be adapted to loading used tires using a loader. The means of transport must enable loading from above. 9. The Contractor will supervise the loading activities and is obliged to ensure appropriate securing of the cargo during transport. When the driver signs the weight receipt (without comments), correct loading is confirmed. The Contractor undertakes to transport waste to the destination without causing a threat to road traffic safety, exceeding the permissible weight of vehicles or exceeding the permissible axle loads. 10. Scales installed in individual plants of the Ordering Party have a valid Legalization Certificate. 11. Waste collection will take place successively after the Ordering Party has collected the transport batch, based on the collection notification sent by the Ordering Party to the Contractor. The Ordering Party allows applications to be submitted via e-mail, fax or telephone. The collection notice should include information about the target installation to which the waste will be delivered, provide the number of the Place of Business (MPD), the name and details of the transporting entity, the BDO number of the transporting entity, the approximate date of collection, the vehicle registration number and the name and surname of the driver or possibly other data necessary for the proper keeping of waste records, including the issuance and confirmation of Waste Transfer Cards in the BDO system.
