The subject of the order is the supply of new licenses: - Microsoft Office LTSC Standard 2024 (or newer) or equivalent, license type: government, license period: perpetual; - Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Professional Plus (or newer) or equivalent, license type: government, license period: perpetual and - Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Standard (or newer) or equivalent, license type: educational, license period: perpetual including: 3.2.1. The subject of the order as part of the basic order is the delivery of: - 185 new Microsoft Office LTSC Standard 2024 (or newer) licenses or equivalent, license type: government, license period: perpetual, meeting the minimum requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the draft contract - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), - 1 new Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Professional Plus (or newer) license or equivalent, license type: government, license period: perpetual, meeting the minimum requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the draft contract - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), - 20 new Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Standard (or newer) licenses or equivalent, license type: educational, license period: perpetual, meeting the minimum requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the draft contract - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), 3.2.2. The subject of the order covered by the option right is the supply of: - new Microsoft Office LTSC Standard 2024 (or newer) licenses or equivalent, license type: government, license period: perpetual, - new Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Professional Plus (or newer) or equivalent licenses, license type: government, license period: perpetual, - new Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Standard (or newer) or equivalent licenses, license type: educational, license period: perpetual, for the amount constituting the difference between the maximum contract value (gross): PLN 5,000,000.00 and the gross value of the basic order, meeting the minimum requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the draft contract - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ); Attention! Each time the name of the software is indicated in the procedure documents, it should be understood as the indicated software, as offered, meeting the requirements indicated in Annex 1 to the Agreement - OPZ. 3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the conditions of equivalence and quality requirements are included in the draft contract (including its annexes) constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
