DCJ intends to partner with a suitable non-government organisation to deliver post-release support services to individuals recently released from custody with complex needs and at risk of homelessness Scope: The ERS provides coordinated, intensive reintegration support for people being released from custody who are subject to Community Corrections supervision, are at risk of homelessness, and have significant and complex needs.
