The subject of the offer is the operation of a bicycle leasing (partial amortization leasing) with the city of Cottbus/Chó?ebuz. For this purpose, the bidders provide the following services: - Purchase of bicycles and bicycle accessories and transfer of them for further transfer (as a non-cash benefit via deferred compensation) to authorized employees on the basis of a leasing framework agreement with the client. The respective purchase and transfer are made upon request by the city of Cottbus/Chó?ebuz on the basis of an individual leasing contract. The city of Cottbus/Chó?ebuz also concludes a transfer agreement with the respective employee, in which his or her rights and obligations with regard to the bicycle and in particular the salary conversion are regulated. - Provision of an online-based infrastructure to enable the conclusion and processing of leasing contracts including return and claims processing processes and the provision of services. - Provision of insurance, service and maintenance services.
