Water Source Development at Sulong 2

The [BLGU-Tiempo, Tubo, Abra], through the [20%, 2026] intends to apply the sum of [₱200,000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [WATER SOURCE DEVELOPMENT AT SULONG 2/ Project ID # 2026-03]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.1. The [BLGU-Tiempo, Tubo, Abra] now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required [21 CD]. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from [BLGU-Tiempo, Tubo, Abra] and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from [October 28, 2026-November 4, 2026 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 pm except holidays/weekends].4.
