For the initiation of the procurement procedure for consumables for Type 1 patients in our records, for Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems, initiated in other Centers, and taking into account also CNAS Presidents Order no. 180/30.03.2022, Chapter IX titled National Diabetes Mellitus Program subtitle Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus Subprogram, point Activity 4 Patients who possess continuous glucose monitoring systems from their own resources benefit from the related consumables, provided that the medical devices and their consumables are reimbursed from the Single National Health Insurance Fund, with compliance with the efficiency indicators related to this activity, we request the procurement of consumables compatible with the mounted continuous glucose monitoring systems. As a result of the fact that: - the procurement was not included in the initial form of the 2024 PAAP. - the necessity report no. 86/27.05.2024 was drawn up by Specialist Diabetes Doctor Albu Diana, PNS Diabetes Mellitus Coordinator, report endorsed by DFC and approved by SJUSM Management. - The PAAP amendment, according to the mentioned documents, was endorsed by the SJUSM Board of Administration according to Decision no. 9 dated 31.05.2024.
