INVITATION TO BIDSUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS DENTAL EQUIPMENTIB NO. 2026-GOODS-038-01-10291) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the SAA #2026-09-00000567-CO intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 8,795,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS DENTAL EQUIPMENT. Delivery of the Goods is required within the given periods below upon receipt of the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Late bids shall not be accepted.8) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.9) Bid opening shall be on November 20, 2026 (1:30 PM) at the Procurement Conference Room and/or via Zoom.
