Contract Description
Energy business travel program as part of the BMWE Energy Export Initiative 2027, 1st tranche Lot 13 - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia Expansion and modernization of the power grids (including storage)
Target country: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia Field of application: Energy infrastructure and electromobility Possible date: Q1 + Q2 2027 Objective: The GR aims to support German companies in establishing business contacts in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. The event formats should be chosen in such a way that the entire range and quality of German technology solutions is presented, thereby strengthening the reputation of German companies as leading providers of climate-friendly energy solutions. A good option for this is to organize a specialist conference in one of the target countries, to which industry representatives from the second target country are invited. Alternatively, a combination of two different formats in both target countries is possible - it is important to ensure that these build on each other in terms of content and concept and are varied. The WEB and GR programs should explicitly include experts who can explain financing options - especially from international donors - for German SMEs and who have contacts with relevant institutions. Business contacts should be established through individual contact discussions in both target countries. Note: The GR is advertised in combination with a WEB. Participation in the WEB is independent of registration for the GR. The aim is to inform German companies about the target market and the main topic and at the same time to increase the interest of German companies in participating in the upcoming GR. A regional ZMA (special version) is to be created covering Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. Two individual potential analyzes must be written for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. The specifications described in the guidelines must be applied when implementing the project.
