The subject of the measure is a core renovation of the existing building, which is to be implemented floor by floor while the hospital continues to operate. The order includes the integral planning of all required specialist disciplines in close coordination with the client and the users. Excluded from this are the specialist planning services for heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical, which the client commissions separately. The contractors services include the following service profiles: - Buildings and interiors; - structural planning; - building physics; - fire protection; - Accessibility; - Hygiene concept; - Medical technology. The project is funded by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
