The subject of the order is Preparation of a complex report for the assessment of compliance with the main requirements for constructions and the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of objects:interblock space on Pristanishtna street opposite PI 44238.505.1011, public area for short-term stay and recreation Chuchurkata, locality Bahchite (PI 44238.190.57, PI 44238.190.53 and PI44238.190.54), as well as inter-block space between the RSPBZN building and the adjacent streets - Pristanishtna Street, Knyaz Ivan Kulin Street and Hristo Botev Street (PI 44238.505.6060), within the scope of Activity3 Green urban infrastructure in the city of Lom under project No. BG16FFPR003-2.006-0109-C01 Combined integrated territorial investments (ITI), financed under the Regional Development Program 2021-2027.The subject of the public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: Preparation of a complex report for assessing the compliance of investment projects with the basic requirements for constructions,according to Art. 166, para. 1, item 1, pre. 1 in connection with Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of ZUT, in the mandatory scope regulated in art. 142, para. 4, para. 5 and para. 9 of the ZUT; Activity 2: The activities related toexercise of construction supervision, as well as with the implementation of inspection and control of the supplied and used construction materials, coordination of the construction process until the introduction of the object ofintervention in operation, all regulated in art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Territorial Planning Act /ZUT/, as well as the responsibilities arising from Art. 178 of the ZUT. The consultant is obliged tofulfills the mandatory scope of activities, in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Territorial Planning, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of 2003 for drawing up acts and protocols duringconstruction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on essential requirements for constructions and assessing the compliance of construction products and all legal and by-laws inthe field of construction in Bulgaria. The following objects are included in the scope of this public procurement: inter-block space on Pristanishtna street opposite PI 44238.505.1011, public areafor short-term stay and recreation Chuchurkata, area Bahchite (PI 44238.190.57, PI 44238.190.53 and PI 44238.190.54), as well as inter-block space between the RSPBZN building and the adjacent streets -Pristanishtna Street, Knyaz Ivan Kulin Street and Hristo Botev Street (PI 44238.505.6060), planned for the construction and development of green urban infrastructure on the territory of the town of Lom within Activity 3Green Urban Infrastructure in Lom under project No. BG16FFPR003-2.006-0109-C01 Combined Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI), financed under the Regional Development Program 2021-2027.The grounds represent urbanized spaces with potential for the development of elements of green urban infrastructure, which are currently characterized by unsatisfactory technical andoperating condition. The existing pavements are partially or completely compromised, made in separate sections of amortized asphalt, earth or crushed stone coverings with disturbedflatness, with local depressions, unevenness and lack of effective surface drainage leading to retention of atmospheric water.
