Services for measuring instrumentsAccording to the technical specification. The Performer undertakes to provide services for the verification of measuring instruments in the use (use) of the Customer, in accordance with the Annex to the Technical Specification, in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 7 June 2000 No. 53-II On ensuring the unity of measurements, of the normative technical documentation in the field of metrology, a technical task. In the terms set by the Agreement, the Performer is obliged: - to carry out the verication of measured instruments from the moment of signing this Agreement; - to inform the Customer of the impossibility of carrying out the measurement in cases not dependent on the Performing Party and to return to the Customer; - ensure the preservation of the measuring equipment during the period of service provided by themeasuring instruments verification. Supplier must have a verification laboratory with an attestation of accreditation for the right to verify measuring devices, provided with the necessary reference base (Article No18. Accreditation in the field of ensuring the unity of measurements and Article No19 Perification of measuring tools - Law No. 53-11 of 07.06.20). Positive results of measured instruments verified by a seal of confidence, which is applied to the measuring device and (or) to the relevant section of the operating documentation or certificate on measuring equipment verification, as well as by issuing a certificate on the verification of the measurement devices.Services for measuring instrumentsAccording to the technical specification.
