This market is divided into lots as follows: Lot 1 “Transport of medical mail (mail and parcels)” This lot concerns the collection and deposit of mail and packages intended for doctors and mutual insurance companies. Particularity: this is, for the most part, night work since all mail and packages intended for doctors must be delivered by 6 a.m. Mail and packages intended for mutual insurance companies must be delivered within 24 hours. Ordinary and registered (exceptional) management mail must be franked and imperatively
