Systematic registration services in the Integrated System of Land Registers and Land Register of buildings in 261 UAT-hours through the Regional Operational Programme - Major project on Enhancing the coverage and inclusion of the property registration system in rural areas of Romania Systematic registration services in the Integrated Land Register and Land Map system of properties located in UAT Lápugiu do Níos in Hunedoara County. Estimated area of Lot 105: 9,321 ha. The main stages of providing systematic registration/lot services are: organising systematic cadastral work, land recognition, preparing the preliminary report, public information campaign, identifying the property limits, setting the limits of the property located in the block, setting out the limits for the vacant property, preparation of the building data sheet, identification of the landlord and collection of the data, technical information of the technical documentation of cadastrals, preparations of the cadastrum and the updating of the public records, rectification of cadastrual documents, rectifications of cadastrarical solutions.
The main stages of providing the systematic registration services consist of: organising systematic cadastral works, land recognition, preparation of the preliminary report, public information campaign, identification of the boundaries of the buildings, setting limits of the intersecting buildings, establishing the boundary of the building, preparing the building data sheet, identifying the owners and collecting the data, preparating the initial public technical documentation, preparations of the technical documentations of cadastrals, updating the cadastrum and the cadastrual solutions.
