Invitation to bid for the project: procurement of ict equipment of various offices itb #: 2026-178 the municipal government of kasibu, through the supplemental budget no.3, annual budget intends to apply the sum of two million two hundred fifty-three thousand six hundred fifty pesos (₱2,253,650.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for procurement of ict equipment of various offices with itb #: 2026-178. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. the municipal government of kasibu now invites bids for the procurement of ict equipment of various offices using the lowest calculated bid. delivery of the goods is required with in 30 days after receipt of notice to proceed. bidders should have completed, at least 50% of the abc with in 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the irr of ra no. 12009. bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the irr. interested bidders may obtain further information from the municipal local government unit of kasibu-bac secretariat and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm- monday to friday. acomplete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on october 07, 2026 to october 27, 2026 from the address given below upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of five thousand pesos (₱5,000.00). it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) and the website of the procuring entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. the municipal government of kasibu will hold a pre-bid conference on october 15, 2026 at 10 o'clock in the morning at the general services office, mlgu-compound, poblacion, kasibu, which shall be open to all prospective bidders. 11 bids must be duly received by the bids and awards committee (bac) secretariat through (i) manual submission at the gso-bac secretariat, municipal gymnasium, mlgu-compound, poblacion, kasibu on or before october 27, 2026 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning. late bids shall not be accepted. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 16.1. bid opening shall be on october 27, 2026 at 10:30 in the morning at the general services office- bac conference room, mlgu-gymnasium, poblacion, kasibu. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. the award criterion will be lowest calculated and responsive bid (lcrb). the municipal local government of kasibu reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with section 70 of r.a. no. 12009, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. for
