GENERAL SCOPE OFWORK: This project will address multiple reliability issues for the water plantlocated near the Park Maintenance building at Lake Corpus Christi State Park.Various pieces of equipment need to be installed in order to have a completelyfunctional, up to date, and safe domestic water system. The equipment involvedincludes a new controller, air charging compressor, control wiring, and newgauges to monitor the water levels. BID SECURITY: All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, andeach proposal must be accompanied by bid security. The bid security shall be inthe form of a bond accompanied by valid power of attorney for not less thanfive percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, including the total of allseparate priced items and multiple base pricing items and/or alternate priceitems and/or optional pricing and/or allowances.
