1. The subject of the order is "Purchase of Veeam licenses or equivalent". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the SWZ, Part III. Description of the subject of the contract and in Part IV of the SWZ (PPU). 3. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractors to pay a deposit. 4. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractors to provide security for the proper performance of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party does not provide for and does not reserve the possibility of exercising the right of option in the proceedings in question. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 7. This order is awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 8. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting a pre-bid meeting with Contractors. 12. The Ordering Party does not provide for the reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, except for the situations referred to in Art. 261 of the Public Procurement Law. 15. The Ordering Party allows the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the order and the Contractor's names of subcontractors (if known). 15.2 subcontractors does not release the Contractor from responsibility for the proper performance of the order. 16. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the implementation of the subject of the order. 17. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for individual Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract to perform key tasks related to the implementation of the order. 19. Due to the fact that the activities performed by persons designated to perform public procurement do not involve the provision of work in
