Contract Description
3.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reusable, disposable tools and accessories for the "Da Vinci robotic system", divided into three packages. 3.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order referred to in point 3.1., is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and Price Form (OPZ), Annex No. 8 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement. 2.6. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers - 3 packages. 2.7. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. 2.8. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of equivalent offers. 2.9. The ordering party does not
