The subject of the contract is a framework agreement in accordance with Section 19 SektVO regarding the delivery and complete installation or implementation as well as commissioning of an automatic passenger counting system (AFZS) for buses. This covers the equipment of at least 92 buses (solo and articulated buses) from the vehicle fleet of the clients contractors. Based on this tender, a maximum of equipment for up to 130 buses can be accessed via the framework agreement. The initial call (implementation and acceptance of the system) must be completed by September 30, 2027 due to existing funding conditions. The project duration is set at 8 years from acceptance. The counting systems or background systems must be operated independently so that they can make the collected counting data available at a central location for further processing without further intervention by another system. This also includes the requirement that the background system allows the parallel use of several users with different roles at the same time and that the user roles are freely configurable by the client and can be changed at any time. In addition, remote access to the AFZS control unit in the vehicle by multiple users, which can be freely configured by the client, must be guaranteed at all times.
