Contract Award Notice: IBMF & SMF HVAC IMPROVEMENTS Awarded Vendor: SCOPE: It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for the Integrated Bus Maintenance Facility (IBMF) and Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF) HVAC Improvements Project. In accordance with the bid specifications and conditions, the work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC equipment, supporting systems integration, and any additional site restoration resulting from systems improvements. The sites are located at Integrated Bus Maintenance Facility (IBMF), 3210 Citizen Ave, North Las Vegas, 89032, and Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF), 5165 W. Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, 89118. FEDERAL FUNDS: This project is federally funded. The RTC contract goal is stated in the Instructions to Bidders Solicitation Document. Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the Bid response and document submission.
