Hiring an official financial institution to manage, exclusively, judicial deposit accounts linked to processes being processed in the Judiciary of the State of Amazonas, including those relating to court orders and small value requests – RPV, in accordance with the conditions and requirements established in this instrument and its annexes. We inform you that, for the purposes of operationalizing the Electronic Auction in the Compras.gov.br system, whose judging criterion is the BIGGEST DISCOUNT, the reference value of R$ 1.00 (one real) was registered, exclusively as a basis for applying percentage discounts, not representing the effective value of the contract. We emphasize that proposals must strictly comply with the conditions, criteria and specifications established in the Terms of Reference and the Price Map, especially regarding the remuneration factor. We also clarify that, although subitem 9.1.2 of the Notice establishes the use of 4 (four) decimal places, the Compras.gov.br system only allows 2 (two) decimal places for recording percentage discounts. In this sense, considering that the remuneration factor estimated in the Price Map corresponds to 0.0174, equivalent to 1.74%, this last percentage will be considered, for operational purposes in the system, as the minimum acceptable value. We therefore request special attention from bidders when registering their proposals and formulating bids, in order to ensure compatibility with the parameters established in the documents that make up the Notice and with the operational limitations of the Compras.gov.br system.
