Recruitment of a PGRPEC Accountant

NOTICE OF CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF AN ACCOUNTANT FOR THE PUBLIC RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT AND GROWTH Context and rationale Côte d'Ivoire is carrying out major public finance reforms to better mobilize its domestic revenues and manage its public spending. Among the key advances: the medium-term revenue mobilization strategy (2024-2028), the Public Finance Reform Master Plan (SDRFP), and the digitalization of tax and customs administration (including the SIGOMAP platform for public procurement). Despite this progress, several areas of progress remain: rationalizing tax expenditures, improving the efficiency of VAT (currently 3.3% of GDP, efficiency ratio of 0.18%), strengthening the productivity of corporate tax (7-8%), and consolidating the capacity of control institutions.
